At Moulded Studio, we take care when preparing every order. From the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your door, we aim to make the experience simple and seamless.

UK Shipping

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Moulded Studio cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help investigate with the delivery provider.

Damaged Orders

We carefully package every order before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

International Delivery

At present, Moulded Studio ships within the United Kingdom only.

We hope to introduce international delivery in the future.
