Shipping & Returns

Made to arrive beautifully.

Every Moulded Studio order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service and typically arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Changed your mind? No problem.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it remains unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrives faulty or we’ve sent you the wrong product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll arrange your refund to the original payment method.

Something not right?

We take pride in every Moulded Studio product. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, simply get in touch with your order number and a few photographs of the issue. We’ll make it right.

For any questions about your order, shipping or returns, our team is here to help.
